What should I bring to yoga class?

Bring your yoga mat and some water! Sometimes we have extra mats to borrow - check the details of the class or reach out to me directly to see if mats are available to borrow!

Some students like to bring a towel or hand towel as well. 

What should I wear?

​Wear something comfortable - ​we will be moving around a lot. Form-fitting clothing can work better than loose clothing in yoga. 

Yoga is typically practiced barefoot.

There are cubbies in the yoga room for shoes. 

Do I have to register or can I just show up?

Registration is required to reserve your spot in class. Space is very limited and sometimes classes are fully booked.

What is an "Open-Level" class?

Open Level classes are built to accommodate students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Variations/modifications are offered throughout class to offer beginner and advanced options. 

​

No experience or flexibility required.

When should I arrive to class?

Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to class. I recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before class start-time to get set-up. 

​

We are unable to accommodate late arrivals due to the nature of the shared space.
