
Vinyasa Flows
About the Class
Challenge your body to prepare your mind for time off of your mat! These yoga classes are open for practitioners of ALL levels. Class starts off slow and grounding, work up to a faster and challenging pace, and then slow back down into a cool-down before ending in Savasana. Modifications will be offered throughout class to intensify or simplify the practice, so the flow is enjoyable for beginners and long-time yogis alike!

50 minutes. Some experience recommended, not required.
